Uluru
Place: Uluru and King’s Canyon
Where: Northern Territory
There’s something truly special about the Red Centre – the culture, landscape and the incredible sky.
Thanks to COVID-19, travel has been a bit difficult lately but we managed to get a few days away at Uluru, flying into Yulara.
We drove out to stay at the beautiful Kings Creek Station – glamping in our air-conditioned tent, complete with an outdoor bath. The night time sky lit up with a million stars.
Then it was back to Ayers Rock Resort – and activities including the Sounds Of Silence dinner and the Field of Light.
During our time in the outback, we got a couple of big walks in, including the King’s Canyon Circuit and the Valley of the Winds through Kata Tjuta.
On our final day, it was a bike ride around the rock.
An incredible place to visit and it’s clear why this is on so many people’s bucket lists.
